If you're in London this coming Saturday, make your way to Brixton for the launch of Helena Long's debut collection from Vans!
From 2pm, Helena, Vans and Brixton's Baddest will be taking over Stockwell Skatepark for an afternoon (and evening) of Helena themed merriment, including giveaways, free drinks, live music and an accompanying exhibition.
Obviously involvement is mandatory, so if you're able to get yourself in the mix, head to SW9 and join in the ensuing proceedings.

Costa Mesa, CALIF. (April 26) – Vans Skateboarding is proud to announce a brand-new collection with Vans team rider and London-based skater Helena Long, translating her band’s artwork and bold style to a new capsule collection, featuring the Vans Skate Sport.
Born and raised in South East London, Helena has been a mainstay in the London skate scene for almost as long as we can remember. When she isn’t skating Stockwell Skatepark or the London streets, you can find her travelling the globe filming for various video projects or playing drums in the band Upset Stomach.
The band heavily inspired her Vans capsule collection. You can find her band’s logo on the footwear and apparel, alongside eye-catching illustrations drawn by her bandmate, Laura Fitton. These illustrations are inspired by South East London and are printed proudly across the Range Baggy Tapered Pant. A Twill Shacket in Antique White features a song title – ‘Lonely For You’ – embroidered on the back, paired with the elevated Pique Long Sleeve Polo in the same colourway.
The star of the show – the Vans Skate Sport – is presented in an all-black colourway with custom artwork printed on the outsole, sockliner and shoebox, a leather tongue and Helena’s name on the leather heel moustache.
The Vans Skate x Helena Long collection is available from May 1s at Vans Skateboarding retailers and at Vans.eu/skateboarding.
