Mischief Skate Store - 'Northbound' (2006)

Today marks the 12th anniversary of the passing of Steven 'Bingo' Binks, the legendary lynchpin of the northeast scene and proprietor of Mischief Skate Store in Stockton-on-Tees.

As anyone who had the pleasure of crossing paths him will eagerly attest, Bingo was an unwavering force of positivity with a huge heart, and time in his day and the warmest of welcomes for literally anyone who set foot in his store. Bingo was beyond dedicated to the skate scene in the northeast, piecing together a shop team for Mischief that included several generations, and could be found out filming each and every weekend, routinely travelling the length and breadth of the country, and liaising with photographers and mags to ensure that local talent was getting the attention that it deserved. Prior to his untimely passing, Bingo released numerous full length videos for Mischief, as well as countless shorter projects and web edits, and today, Matt 'Swift Blazer' Swift has seen fit to upload his third production, 2006s Northbound, in its entirety.

Take 40 minutes out of your day to remember Bingo, and prepare yourself for some vintage 3-chip action from Danny and Ronny Calow, Scott Palmer, Peter Singh, Neil Urwin, Gordon Skrezka, Ben Grove, Andy Harker, Lee Rozee, Matt Quinney, Adam Stoddart, Oliver Barnes and Kev Dawson, along with appearances from various other friends and familiar faces.

Rest easy Bing - Mischief forever!
